Chocolate chips
Potato starch
Sugar
Brown sugar
Soy
Baking Soda
Xanthan gum
Salt

| DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350º F
Add to mix
6 T. Softened butter, margarine, shortening
2 large eggs
1 t. gluten free vanilla
Beat until crumbs form. Use hands to knead dough
together. Knead in chocolate chips.
Roll dough into small balls and place onto cookie sheet.
Use fork to flatten balls
