DIRECTIONS:
Ingredients required:
1 lg egg
2 T Apple Cider vinegar
2 T water
3/4 c shortening
Pour mix into large bowl. Cut in shortening
with
pastry blender til crumbly.
In separate bowl, mix together egg, vinegar
and 2 T water. Stir liquid into flour mixture.
Knead dough using hands. Divide into 2 equal
balls.
Roll out 1 ball between 2 sheets of wax paper.
Remove one sheet and carefully flip dough into pie pan.
The other ball can be used for another pie or for
the top of a 2-crust pie.
Follow directions for pie for baking temperature and
time.
For baked crust: bake at 450º F in preheated oven for
10-12 minutes.
