DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425º
Ingredients required:
2/3 c. warm milk
1 t. olive oil
1 t apple cider vinegar
1/8 c corn meal
Pour mix into large bowl and stir in yeast packet
(included) . In second bowl mix together milk, olive oil, vinegar.
Add wet to flour mix and beat 3 min.
Oil 12" pizza pan (for thin crust) or baking sheet
(for thick crust) and sprinkle generously with corn meal.
Sprinkle dough with corn meal and press it onto pan with
your hands , adding more cornmeal as needed to prevent sticking to your
hands.
Make edges thicker to contain topping.
Bake 10 min. Remove and add toppings. Bake
for another 18-20 min til top is nicely browned.
