White rice flour
Sugar
Potato starch
Corn starch
Xanthan gum
Cream of Tartar
Baking soda

| DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350º F
Ingredients needed:
1/2 c. cold butter or margarine
1 large egg
1/2 t. gluten free vanilla
Pour mix into bowl and cut in butter with pastry blender
til crumbly. Mix in egg and vanilla. Use hands to form
ball. Refrigerate one hour.
Roll out dough on rice floured surface to about
1/2" thick. Cut into desired shapes and transfer to cookie
sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes
